I am a self-taught mixed media artist working primarily with paint and textile media. My practice is grounded in experimentation, integrating layered techniques across varied substrates. Inspired by everyday objects and the natural world, I use a nuanced colour palette to create work that evokes calm and contemplation.  Actively engaged with wider art communities I continue to take my art in new directions, and as a member of element15, a contemporary textile art group, I continue to expand my textile-based practice also.
